Pallet pickup and removal

Book a pallet pickup like you'd book a ride.

Size the pile, see whether it's likely a free pickup, a paid haul-away, or a load someone will pay for, and pick your windows. You get a pickup ticket, not a contact form.

Wood and plastic pallets, skids and crates. Businesses and homes.

Size the pile

Count stacks, not pallets. The estimate becomes your ticket's count.

What's in the pile?

The common 48x40 grocery-style pallet: three long boards (stringers) between the decks. About 5 to 6 inches tall.

How pickup works

  1. Size the pileCount stacks and their height. The sizer turns that into a pallet count, the truck it needs, and whether a forklift helps.
  2. Triage itCondition, size, count and debris decide whether it's likely free, paid, or worth money. You see every reason.
  3. Pick windowsChoose up to three morning or afternoon windows and tell the driver about your dock, forklift and gate.
  4. Get a ticketA shareable ticket page for whoever's on site. Repackify reviews it and confirms a window.

Three ways a pallet pile can go

Junk haulers charge for every pile. Pallet recyclers collect good pallets free, and buyers pay for big loads. The triage tells you which case you're in before anyone mentions money.

Likely free pickup

Standard 48x40s, good condition, enough to be worth a trip, nothing else mixed in. A recycler can resell them, so the pickup pays for itself.

A buyer may pay

Truckload-scale piles of good 48x40s. Choose "I'd like to be paid for these" and Repackify looks for a buyer.

Paid haul-away

Broken pallets, odd sizes, small piles, or pallets mixed with debris. Still recycled where a recycler accepts them, but the trip is charged.

Blue and red pallets aren't yours to throw away

Blue CHEP and red PECO pallets, and any pallet stamped as someone's property, are rented from a pallet pool. They go back to their owner, so we leave them out of every load. Set them aside before a pickup.

Pallets every week?

Stores, restaurants, contractors and plants can set a standing pickup: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Batching small piles into regular loads is often what makes them free.
