What this site does
Pallet Hauler collects pallet pickup requests and passes them to Repackify, which reviews them and arranges pickups with partners. Submitting a request doesn't book a pickup; a pickup is arranged only when Repackify confirms it with you.
Estimates are estimates
The pile sizer, the pallets-per-vehicle figures and the free-or-fee triage give typical values and likely outcomes. They aren't quotes, offers or guarantees. The actual count, condition, outcome, price (if any) and timing are confirmed after review, and can change if the pile isn't as described.
Your part
- Describe the pile honestly, including broken pallets and debris.
- Only include pallets you have the right to give away or sell. Pooled pallets (such as blue CHEP or red PECO) and pallets marked as another company's property must be left out.
- Don't include hazardous or chemically contaminated materials.
- Make sure the pile is reachable and safe to load at the confirmed time.
Content
Guides on this site are general information, written carefully but without knowledge of your local rules. Check local regulations, such as trash collection rules, fire codes and burning restrictions, before relying on them.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Pallet Hauler isn't liable for losses arising from use of the site or its estimates. Pickups themselves are governed by the terms confirmed with you when a pickup is arranged.
