Privacy notice

What we collect

• What you enter when you book: the pile (type, count, size, condition, debris), pickup windows, site access, timeframe and repeat choice, and your name, company, email, phone, pickup address and notes.
• Your text-message choice: whether you ticked the consent box, and its exact wording.
• Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), ad click IDs (such as gclid), the referring site, the first page you landed on and the page you booked from. These are kept in your browser's session storage until you submit, then sent with the request.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser user agent, sent with the request so the lead system can limit abuse.

Who receives it

Your request is sent to the lead system operated for Repackify, which reviews it and arranges the pickup. Repackify may share the pickup details it needs with the pickup partner it assigns. We don't sell your details.

Your pickup ticket

The ticket page stores the pile, the windows, site access and the city and state you entered, under a random ID, for 30 days. It never stores your name, email, phone, company or street address. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with people you want to see it.

Text messages

We text you about your request only if you tick the box, and only about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. It uses session storage in your browser to remember attribution details until you book. If another tool on this domain has set a Google Analytics cookie, its client ID is sent with your request.
